Layer City provides paid software access plans for mobile and desktop users. After purchase, customers can sign in to their account to view subscription status, device code, setup instructions, downloads, and order records.
Once payment is completed, the system updates the subscription status and assigns a code automatically. If you need help with verification, subscription activation, downloads, or setup, please contact customer support.

Mobile access for one year. Recommended for customers who want longer mobile subscription coverage.
One-year access for mobile and desktop devices, including Windows and MacOS setup guidance.
After the order is completed, activation details are sent to the registered email address. Customers can also log in to the member dashboard to view their code, expiration date, and setup instructions.
If an order cannot be activated or the service cannot be used normally, please contact support within 14 days of purchase. We will review the order status and assist with reactivation or refund handling.
